Service & Support
Systems are commissioned on site and update themselves over the air; no subscriptions are required for core functions. Blades, nozzles and wear parts ship from our EU warehouse within 48 hours, and remote diagnostics resolve most questions the same day.

Does corten stain the patio?
In its first seasons corten sheds a fine patina; the included paver or a gravel bed prevents marks until the rust settles calm.
Is gas installation included?
Certified connection is included on fixed gas pieces; bottle-fed pieces arrive ready, with the regulator in the box.
