Quality outdoor materials ask little: rinse, dry, store sensibly through deep winter. Brass and teak patina by design; textiles wash cool. If anything disappoints, the concierge makes it right — repair first, replacement where repair cannot win.

Yes — outdoor bouclés, twills and stripes are sampled free of charge and sewn to order in our atelier.
Can it stay outside all year?
Frames, yes — they are engineered for Central European winters. Cushions prefer the included storage bags or a dry chest between seasons; the care card states each material's honest rules.
