Systems are commissioned on site and update themselves over the air; no subscriptions are required for core functions. Blades, nozzles and wear parts ship from our EU warehouse within 48 hours, and remote diagnostics resolve most questions the same day.

Will the frame last?
Aluminium is architectural grade, timber is engineered and treated; both carry a ten-year structural warranty.
Can beds and planters stay out in frost?
Yes — materials are frost-rated; the care card covers the one honest exception: terracotta accents, which winter indoors.
