Service & Support
Systems are commissioned on site and update themselves over the air; no subscriptions are required for core functions. Blades, nozzles and wear parts ship from our EU warehouse within 48 hours, and remote diagnostics resolve most questions the same day.

Does it need a subscription?
No — core functions run subscription-free, over open standards where they exist. Apps are conveniences, not hostages.
What about winter?
Robots dock and hibernate indoors; irrigation self-drains or is blown out during our autumn visit; lighting simply keeps working.
