Timber may be left to silver evenly or oiled once a year to hold its tone — both paths are correct and the care card explains each. Check fixings each spring, keep drainage clear, and book our crew for structural checks whenever you simply want certainty.

Very little: seasonal checks of fixings and drainage. Our crews offer annual inspections, and every wear part is stocked for 15 years.
How long does it take?
Typical lead time is 6–12 weeks from approved drawings; installation itself is measured in days, not weeks.
